Podcast Club

Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Podcast Club. By creating an account, signing in, or using the app you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, share, or transmit content that is harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, spam, or that infringes anyone's rights or privacy. You may not impersonate anyone or harass other members.

Accounts that post such content are removed. Content that breaks these rules is deleted and the account behind it is permanently terminated, without refund or notice.

2. Filtering, reporting and blocking

  • All shares and comments pass through an automated filter that rejects objectionable language before it can be posted.
  • Every share and comment has a Report action so you can flag objectionable content and give a reason.
  • You can block any member. Blocking hides all of their shares and comments from you instantly and notifies us so we can review their account.

3. Our commitment

We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and eject the user who posted it. Urgent reports: safety@thepodclub.app.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account secure. You must be 13 or older. You grant Podcast Club a licence to store and display your content to the members of the private groups you post it in.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breaching these terms. You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete account, which permanently removes your profile, shares and comments.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties. Podcast Club is not liable for content posted by other members. Podcast metadata and audio belong to their respective owners.
